I have a question for you;
Who's your go-to person when you need advice?
Many of us turn to our parents, siblings, partner, or a wise friend when we're faced with a difficult decision.
There's nothing wrong with asking for guidance.
But before you seek someone else's opinion, try checking in with yourself first.
✨ Ask yourself:
• What do I think?
• What do I really want?
• What feels right for me?
Then give yourself a moment to really listen.
Sometimes saying your thoughts out loud can help bring clarity.
Hearing your own words can reveal what you knew all along.
I'm not saying you should never ask for advice.
I'm simply inviting you to trust your own voice first.
Your loved ones can offer perspective, but they aren't living your life.
Only you know your values, your dreams, your circumstances, and what truly feels aligned with who you are.
The more you practise listening to yourself, the stronger your self-trust becomes.
And as a matter of fact this is July’s theme:
Self-trust and Confidence.
So before you ask someone else...
Pause.
And ask yourself first.
You might already have the answer you've been looking for. 🤍
I used to wonder if someday I'd feel genuinely confident.
And the more I grow, the more I realise that confidence isn't built overnight.
It's built through consistency.
It grows every time we keep showing up for ourselves.
Every time we keep a promise to ourselves.
Every time we say we're going to do something... and we actually do it.
It doesn’t have to be something big.
In fact, I think the smaller the promise, the better.
Drink an extra glass of water.
Go for a 10-minute walk.
Read a few pages of your book.
Journal for five minutes.
Take five deep breaths before bed.
Simple.
Achievable.
Realistic.
Every time you keep one of those little promises, you're quietly telling yourself,
"I can rely on me."
And that's where self-trust begins✨
This week, I invite you to make yourself one small promise each day.
Not something perfect.
Not something overwhelming.
Just one thing that you know you can keep.
Because confidence doesn't grow from waiting until you feel ready.
It grows every time you prove to yourself that you'll show up.
What's one small promise you're going to make to yourself this week? 💚
Now, take a moment to check in with yourself.
What promise did you make to yourself this week?
Did you keep it?
If you did, take a moment to recognise that.
Every small promise you keep is a reminder that you can rely on yourself.
And if you didn’t, that’s okay too.
Instead of judging yourself, get curious:
✨ What got in the way?
✨ What did you learn about yourself?
✨ What could you do differently next time?
Self-trust isn't built by being perfect.
It’s built by understanding yourself, showing up again, and continuing to try.
Every step counts. 🤍
For a long time, I thought to myself
“when I’ll be confident I’ll do this. I’ll do that one day, when I’ll feel confident enough.”
I thought I needed to feel ready, believe in myself, and feel brave before taking action.
But the more I learn, the more I realise…
Confidence doesn't come before action.
It comes because of action.
Every time we do something that feels slightly uncomfortable, we show ourselves that we are capable.
It doesn't have to be something huge.
It could be:
✨ Sending the email you've been putting off
✨ Starting the project you've been thinking about
✨ Having a conversation you've been avoiding
✨ Trying something new
✨ Taking one small step towards something important to you
The goal isn't to remove all fear.
The goal is to prove to yourself that you can move forward even when fear is there.
Action -> Experience -> Confidence.
Action creates experience.
Experience creates confidence.
So this week, I invite you to choose one small brave action every day.
Something slightly outside your comfort zone.
Something that makes you think:
"Maybe I can do this."
Because confidence isn't something we find.
It's something we build,
One brave step at a time 💚
Not huge leaps.
Not life-changing decisions.
Just one small action that felt a little uncomfortable.
Maybe you sent the email.
Started the project.
Spoke up.
Made the phone call.
Or simply did something you've been putting off for a while.
Now take a moment to reflect.
✨ What mini bravery actions did you take this week?
✨ How did you feel before... and how did you feel afterwards?
✨ What did you learn about your capability?
Sometimes we spend so much time imagining the worst that we forget to notice what actually happened.
More often than not, we realise we were capable all along.
Confidence doesn't appear one morning out of nowhere.
It grows every time we choose courage over comfort.
So whatever your brave action looked like this week, be proud of yourself.
Because every small step you take is another reminder that you're stronger, braver, and more capable than you give yourself credit for. 🤍
Can I ask you a question?
How would you increase your confidence?
I remember asking myself:
How do I make myself confident enough?
How can I gain confidence?
What do I need to do to feel confident?
As I've already shared,
Confidence doesn't come before action.
It comes because of action.
Every time we notice how we handled something...
Every time we recognise what we've overcome...
Every time we acknowledge our progress...
We strengthen our self-trust.
So this week, I invite you to create a Proof List.
Write down:
✨ What you handled.
✨ The challenges you overcame.
✨ The skills and strengths you used.
It doesn't matter if they seem small.
Maybe you had a difficult conversation.
Maybe you got through a tough day.
Maybe you asked for help.
Maybe you did something that scared you.
It all counts.
The goal isn't to prove yourself to anyone else.
It's to remind yourself that you're far more capable than you often give yourself credit for.
When we only focus on what we haven't done yet, it's easy to forget everything we've already achieved.
So take a few minutes every day this week to gather your own evidence.
Because confidence grows when we recognise what we're already capable of.
Action → Experience → Confidence 💚
Not a list of everything we still need to do.
A list of everything we've already accomplished.
Because sometimes we're so focused on what we haven't achieved yet that we forget to recognise how far we've already come.
So today, I'd love you to take a moment to reflect.
✨ What strengths did you notice in yourself this week?
✨ What reminded you that you can cope?
✨ Are you stronger than you were a year ago?
I know it’s easier to notice our weaknesses than our strengths.
But confidence grows when we start paying attention to the evidence that's already there.
Every challenge we've faced.
Every difficult day we've got through.
Every brave decision we've made.
It's all proof that we're growing.
So before this week comes to an end, remind yourself of one thing you're proud of.
No matter how small it may seem.
Because every little reminder helps build the confidence to take the next step. 🤍
I don't know how to explain it, but I feel stronger, more confident, and more comfortable in my own skin,
since I started looking after myself, my mental health, and my body.
I remember feeling weak, scared, and not being able to face problems head-on.
Now I've changed the way I see things.
And growing my self-trust has changed everything for me.
If you could be anyone right now, who would you like to be?
What if you could change?
Would you do it?
On a scale of 1–10, how ready are you to change?
What if I told you that you can.
The simplest way to start making those changes is to start talking about them.
Talk about what you want to change.
Talk about what feels uncomfortable.
Talk about what you're ready to leave behind to make space for something new.
It's in your hands.
If you don't know where to start, that's why I'm here.
I can't make the changes for you, but I can help you find the key to unlock the life you truly want,
the one you've been dreaming about but aren't quite sure how to reach yet.
Let's start with a conversation and see how we can grow together. 💚
To me, it's when your intentions and your actions match.
When what you say you want is reflected in what you do.
For example:
"I need to start drinking more water."
Becomes...
"I'm drinking more water."
Can you see the difference that small change makes?
The first is something we hope to do one day.
The second is a decision we've already started acting on.
So here's my next question...
Are you ready to take aligned action with everything we've learned since May?
The mindset shifts.
The reflections.
The small habits.
The confidence you've been building.
You don't have to change everything overnight.
One small action is enough.
It's up to you.
There's no pressure and no perfect time.
But when you feel ready...
I'll be here, cheering you on every step of the way. 🤍
